  1. Invoices are supported and will be automatically sent to your email address;
  2. Subscriptions can be purchased repeatedly; only the most recent subscription is retained, and credits are accumulated;
  3. Dubbing consumes 10 credits for 30 seconds of audio/video (less than 30 seconds is counted as 10 credits), with a minimum of 20 credits; Voice Cloning consumes credits per task: 3 for instant cloning; TTS consumes 1 credit per 1000 characters for built-in voices, free for less than 1000 characters; clone voices consume 1 credit per 500 characters, minimum 1 credit; Voiceover consumes 1 credit per 200 characters, minimum 1 credit.
  4. All products run automatically in the cloud and can be viewed and restored at any time in "My Creation" without waiting. All credits will be refunded if the task fails;
  5. Refund is not supported for virtual goods for the time being. Please refer to the relevant terms of the "User Agreement" for details.
